These Terms of Service govern your use of Inboxtini and Inboxtini.com.
By accessing or using Inboxtini or any related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Inboxtini provides tools to manage and optimize your digital workspace.
Permission Scopes: To function, the Service requires access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By using the Service, you agree to grant the specific permission scopes requested during the authorization process.
Service Evolution and Cessation: Alqime LLC reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time, and to discontinue the Service entirely at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Ad-Supported Service: Inboxtini is free to use and may be supported by advertising. Ads may be displayed to help cover infrastructure and development costs.
Ad Placement: Ads may be displayed during email analysis and within the results list, placed to minimize interference with the core functionality of the Service.
Ad Blockers: The Service requires advertisements to function. If an ad blocker is detected, the Service will not work. You must disable ad-blocking software for this site to use Inboxtini.
Third-Party Ad Providers: Ads are served through third-party advertising networks. Your interaction with ads is subject to the respective provider's advertising policies and terms of service.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. You hold sole responsibility for all actions that result to your Google data or services while using Inboxtini.
Review Requirement: Inboxtini provides suggestions; however, any action to move or modify data is executed solely at your direction and discretion.
Data Recovery: The Service functions by moving items to the “Trash” folder. You are responsible for reviewing your Trash and recovering any items before Google's automated permanent deletion occurs. Alqime LLC is not responsible for data that becomes unrecoverable.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” All warranties of any kind are expressly disclaimed. No guarantees are made that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alqime LLC and Inboxtini shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages or losses of any kind, arising from or resulting from your use of the Service.
This removal of liability is absolute and applies to:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alqime LLC, its product Inboxtini, and their officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
All software, code, branding, and logos associated with the Service are the property of Alqime LLC and its licensors.
During onboarding you may opt in to receive product updates by email. If you opt in, your name and email address will be shared with Brevo SAS, our email delivery provider, solely for the purpose of sending those communications. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email or through the application settings.
All data is processed and stored on servers located within the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be processed in the US.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Alqime LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
